About Limitless Labs
Limitless-Labs is building the first AI CAM-Agent to supercharge CNC programming, helping manufacturers automate and accelerate machining processes. We’re a fast-growing, VC-backed startup. Working with leading global manufacturers across the Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, and Industrial Machinery industries. At Limitless-Labs, you’ll join a passionate, execution-driven team operating in a dynamic startup environment - where ideas move fast, ownership is real, and impact is immediate.
About the Role
As a Product Manager at Limitless-Labs, you will lead the development of a one-of-a-kind AI Machining Agent, shaping a product at the intersection of AI, algorithms, and advanced manufacturing. You will deeply understand business goals and user needs in a complex, real-world environment, and work closely with AI, algorithms, and software teams to turn cutting-edge technology into a market-ready product.
This is an intensive and challenging role, where you’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible alongside a top-tier, highly talented team. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver a best-in-class product that sets a new standard in the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for our AI Machining Agent, from concept through launch and iteration.
- Translate complex business, user, and manufacturing needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Work hands-on with AI, algorithms, and software teams to define problems, design solutions, and deliver high-impact features.
- Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Make fast, high-quality decisions in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
- Define success metrics, track product performance, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the product, aligning engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams around a shared vision.
Who You Are
- A product manager / system engineer who thrives in complex, technical domains and enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and domain experts. Able to hold meaningful conversations about technical trade-offs.
- Driven by impact and ownership, with a strong bias toward execution and delivering real value to users.
- Strategic in thinking, yet hands-on in practice — equally comfortable defining long-term vision and sweating the details
- Curious, fast-learning, and excited by pushing the limits of what AI and manufacturing technology can do together.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate in an intensive, fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a shared product direction.
Must-Haves
- Strong background in mechanical design and manufacturing processes, including hands-on experience with machining processes and/or 5+ years designing complex CNC parts.
- Proven experience working with multidiscipline systems, with solid technical fluency and comfort around programming concepts.
- Experience working closely in a multiciliary R&D organization, preferably in a highly technical, robotics or deep-tech environment.
- Hands-on experience operating in an agile development process, ideally within an early-stage or fast-moving startup.
- Ability to translate real-world manufacturing problems into clear product requirements and technical trade-offs.
- Strong ownership mindset, with a track record of driving products from definition through delivery.
Why Join Us
